’EXPRESSIONS’ art exhibition opens February 12 in Dubai |

Titled "EXPRESSIONS", the group art exhibition will open on 12th February, 2018, at the Ahmedia Heritage Guest House, with the participation of 20 artists from 11 countries in five continents and will feature 45 artworks. Jesno Jackson and Rengi Cherian (The Founder of the Art4You Community) are organising this event. The Art4 You Community is meant for future connections of multicultural artists and the collaborated art community to support, exhibit, and promote all types of arts for events in UAE. It is a non-profit community with many artists being a part of it. "What we need is the expansion of choices presenting to buyers and collectors by showing them diverse visual art products by different nationality artists," curator Jesno says. This "Group Art Exhibition", will feature artworks which represent a variety of media, including acrylic painting, sketching, drawing, oil painting, ink work, watercolour and digital art during one month of the event. The participating artists are, Ahmed Rukni (UAE), Satadru Sovan (India) Randa Abbas (USA), Nevine Meguid (Australia), Tanya Ashref (India), Anju Mehta (India), Rabah El Aawar (Lebanon), Shyamala Venkatesh (India), Nada Al Barazi (Syria), Sristi Raj (India), Midori Yoshini (Japan), Meetu Garg (India), Yoshita Ahmed (Srilanka), Rekha Sunil (India), Nori Elhami ( Pakistan), Sudha Karthik (India), Amani ElBayoumi (Egypt), Gwyneth Rasquinha (India), Jesno Jackson (India) and Mrudula Nair (India). Visitors will be able to see unbridled and refreshing creativity – seascapes, landscapes, cityscapes, rural and urban sceneries, figurative, still life, semi-abstracts, abstracts, highly realistic, religious and spiritual, UAE heritage related artworks-under one roof. Art4you with Ahmedia Heritage House facilitates artists to create a network to build a bond with art dealers, collectors and buyers. This MEGA-TRACTION" Expressions" is a perfect platform for artists to showcase their talent to a diverse set of artworks. A beautiful synergy of art unfolded in this group show an artist across different countries coming together for this event. |
