The Beach To Tuck Into Dubai Food Festival Through ’Bites At The Beach’

Festival through 'Bites at The Beach'

  •  Visitors will have a chance to taste a variety of cuisines from around the world
  •  Restaurants will serve special tapas-style menus starting from AED15 per dish
  •  There will be a cash prize draw for those adventurous enough to try every dish

The Beach, an upbeat urban waterfront destination created by Meraas, is set to participate in the Dubai Food Festival with its own culinary concept – 'Bites at The Beach'.

As part of Bites at The Beach, restaurants at the destination will be serving up tapas-style versions of some of their most popular dishes priced between AED15 and AED30each. During the festival, restaurants will set up communal tables that encourage guests to socialise and dine alfresco while enjoying the pleasant weather. In addition, the destination will also set-up bean bags on its sandy shores, where people can enjoy a feast with breathing-taking views of the Arabian Gulf.

To add more zest to the event, visitors will receive passports at the beginning of their gastronomic trip. Every time they taste a dish at a participating restaurant, they'll get a stamp in their passport. Those with stamps from every eatery will qualify and be entered into a prize draw. Seven winners will each receive AED1,000 to spend at retail and food and beverage outlets at The Beach.

Dubai's foodies will have a multitude of cuisines to choose from, including Indian, Italian, French, Middle Eastern and others. Participating outlets include locally and internationally renowned names such as Tike, who will serve up their scrumptious kunafa and other sweet bites for AED10.

Bianca will serve its mouth-watering montara rossa at AED20, with kebabs and tikkas at Bombay Bungalow for AED25. Food lovers will also be able to enjoy lasagne at Big Chefs or cheese kofta at Butcha for AED25. In the same price category, Buchon Bakery will serve delectable dishes like salmon and farro risotto, and Fratelli La Bufala will have delicacies on offer like its bastoncini di mozzarella, for AED25.

Additionally, Leopold's of London will offer its famous mini truffle burgers for AED30, with paella at La Postreria for AED30. As if that wasn't enough, Almaz by Momo will have a special set menu priced at AED99 and Seven Sands will serve a set menu starting at AED56. While fuzzi cones at Fuzziwig's Candy Factory will be priced at just AED20.

Dubai Food Festival is Dubai's annual celebration of everything culinary and gastronomical, from finding a new favourite restaurant, to enjoying a once-in-a-lifetime dining experience.
