Dubai Quality Group (DQG) announced that Manazel, a leading real estate developer, has entered into a strategic partnership agreement with the Group to ensure the highest levels of quality and excellence in its property projects.
Khalid Al Jodar, Secretary General of DQG Board, said Abu Dhabi-based Manazel, which focuses on providing high quality freehold housing for low and medium income residents in the UAE, would be able to firmly establish its position in the real estate sector by depending on a host of quality standards.
"The step offers Manazel a real opportunity to get the necessary support it needs in order to achieve its targets and strategy aiming to occupy a leading position in the UAE real estate market with a focus on low and medium income residents," Al Jodar said at a press conference held in Abu Dhabi.
On his part, Dr. Wafi Dawood, Board Chairman of DQG, said:" This partnership reflects the commitment of DQG to all segments of the community and highlight the importance of quality standards as a significant factor for achieving the goals of establishments." Underlining the Group’s realization of the pioneering role played by Manazel Real Estate in the construction of high quality houses for people with medium incomes, Dawood said:" We will provide all the necessary support to Manazel in embracing and adopting latest measures and technologies aiming to achieve quality in the company’s all fields and ensure the highest levels of quality and excellence." Commenting on the partnership, Mohammad Mohanna Al Qubaisi, Board Chairman of Manazel, stressed the importance of the step which comes in line with the company’s strategic plan and the general strategic plan of Abu Dhabi in order to achieve standards of quality and excellence.
"The strategic partnership agreement with DQG stands as evidence of turning the strategic plan into a reality and benefiting from the Dubai Quality Group in activating Manazel’s development and quality plans as each department in Manazel would adopt the best international practices and standards so as to improve performance and develop customer service," Al Qubaisi said.
