Aldar Properties Signs an MOU With Abu Dhabi Investment House |

Aldar Properties PJSC, Abu Dhabi’s leading property development, management and Investment Company, today announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding with the Abu Dhabi Investment House PJSC. The MoU might pave the way for the creation of a new joint venture to develop fresh investment opportunities. It is envisioned that the new JV will initially focus on Al Remila part of phase 2 of Al Raha Beach. Mohammed Al Mubarak, Chief Commercial Officer of Aldar Properties PJSC, says "This MoU demonstrates the appetite in Al Raha Beach and in the development of sustainable communities throughout Abu Dhabi.
