Tawdheef 2018 To Focus On Recruitment, Career Development And Entrepreneurship |

Tawdheef, the region’s leading Emiratisation exhibition that focusses on recruitment, career development and entrepreneurship, will attract more than 100 public and private exhibitors from 29th to 31st January at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre. Event organiser, Informa, said the three-day event – in its 12th edition – is expected to welcome nearly 15,000 qualified Emirati visitors. ''The UAE has been making significant progress in creating sustainable employment opportunities for the UAE’s nationals. The government's policy is to interact with key stakeholders in the society to provide more job opportunities for Emirati graduates whose number is increasing at a fast pace every year,'' the organiser said. According to Informa, Tawdheef is set to align strategies with public sector organisations currently engaging in the Emiratisation processes, as well as assist the Emirati nationals exploring career opportunities in this sector. Tawdheef's priority agenda is understanding the current market requirements and urgencies, and the gaps between the organisations and the Emirati job seekers, particularly the needed skills and qualifications. |
