SLC Concludes Mushmis Summer Camp











Sharjah Ladies Club concluded its “Mushmis Summer Camp 2012” through an open carnival day included a variety of activities which took place in Kunooz hall at SLC. This camp is sponsored by Cadillac (Main sponsor), Wild Wadi, Adverntureland, and in association with Al Ain Dairy.

The carnival included many fun activities such as, Zumba class, bouncing castle, face painting, nail polish designs and many more. The children were able to celebrate summer camp’s last day through this carnival where children spent good and fun time. In addition, mothers and friends were also able to participate in the number of activities and games such as cupcake design, and hairdressing.

On the other hand, the camp organized a number of trips where children were able to visit places like Sharjah Aquarium, Dubai Dophinarium, and Mudesh City. Children were able to gain knowledge, break the daily routine and enjoy fun times at new places.

“We always strive to develop Mushmis Summer Camp’s activities and adding more new programs, which works on satisfying all ages and interests. This year we have added new classes such as in fashion design, Jewelry design, along with multiple trips which in turn added a change factor for the kids. All activities are set to develop the children involved, mentally, physically and intellectually. We are glad of the huge outcome and feedback of participants this year, and we hope that all participants spent their summer in a fun and useful time”, said Hala Al Far, one of Mushmis Summer Camp Organizers.

In conclusion of the open carnival day, comments and views form was distributed among participants and mothers for the development of Mushmis Summer Camp for the better in the coming years. Moreover, free vouchers were distributed amongst participants during the camp.

It is worthy to mention that “Mushmis summer Camp” continued during the period of June 10th to July 19th, and divided into three different age groups. "Little Mushmis" which targets 2-4 years, "Active Mushmis" targets 5-13 years, and "Sunshine summer camp" which targets teenagers ages from 14-17 years. The camp included a number of various activities such as swimming, dancing, cooking, arts & crafts and weekly field trips.
