Khidmah UAE receives inaugural Energy Management standardsDemonstrating its relentless commitment to health, safety, quality and environment (HSQE), Khidmah LLC, one of the region's leading integrated property solutions providers, has been awarded a number of internationally recognized certifications for its United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia operations. The certificates were presented to Khidmah during a ceremony attended by the United Kingdom Ambassador to the UAE His Excellency Patrick Moody and Khidmah's Chairman, Jassem Saleh Busaibe and Managing Director, Jahed Rahman as well as other senior management from Khidmah. Following an in-depth audit and examination by the British Standards Institution (BSI), Khidmah's UAE and KSA operations received certifications accredited by the UK's National Accreditation Body UKAS ISO 9001:2015 Quality management systems, ISO 14001:2015 Environment management systems, ISO 50001:2011 Energy management systems, and the OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health and Safety management systems. The ISO and OHSAS certifications give Khidmah visibility to measure, monitor and manage its carbon footprint across different geographical locations, and have improved cross-functional teamwork at different levels of the organization. The Energy management certification standards provided a framework to streamline Khidmah's energy review and energy management activities, thus improving its energy performance across residential, commercial and mixed-use properties in the UAE and KSA.
