UAE Based Horizon Flight Academy Flies Into Bahrain In Support Of The First Ever Bahrain Airshow |

Delegates from UAE’s leading flight training school, Horizon International Flight Academy (HIFA) is geared for takeoff into the Kingdom of Bahrain for the inaugural Bahrain International Airshow (BIAS) set to take place at the Sakhir Airbase from 21 – 23 January. General Manager Mohammed Humaidan Al Zaabi, “Recent reports estimate that the region is poised for growth and therefore it is timely for Bahrain to host its first International Airshow and we want to be part of it!” “The BIAS is cited to be the best Airshow yet, in the region and perhaps internationally. The show is an exclusive B2B networking only event for civil, commercial and defense sectors and since we work with all three these sectors the show is the ideal platform for Horizon to be involved in,” concluded Al Zaabi. Based in Al Ain, the second-largest city in Abu Dhabi emirate, the academy, wholly-owned by Mubadala Development Company is the only flight training organization in the region offering pilot training for Fixed Wing and Helicopter aircrafts. Horizon offers a comprehensive training portfolio to aviation students and since commencing operations in 2003 the academy has graduated nearly 350 pilots and sees a growing interest from the military, police and airline sector in the Middle Eastern and North African (MENA) for flight training programmes.
