Hydra Properties Reaches Out Customers At Cityscape Abu Dhabi |

Hydra Properties, the Abu Dhabi-based master planner and developer, is exhibiting at Cityscape Abu Dhabi 18-21 April, 2010, where it hopes to meet current and future customers and answer all their questions about its many developments. Mr Ali Bin Sulayem, Hydra Properties’ Chief Executive Officer, said: “Hydra Properties remains committed to showing the progress we are making at the many sites around Abu Dhabi and Dubai, and we look forward to engaging with our customers here on the stand over the coming days. There has been tremendous progress at Hydra Village, and our Reem Island projects are steaming ahead. We would like our investors to know how much is happening every month and get excited again about their investment.” Hydra’s dedication to customer communication has been evident in the past year as it has announced the launch of a new call centre of specially trained staff, regular construction updates, customer newsletters, and a Facebook profile, where the latest photos straight from the sites are uploaded. Mr Sulayem concluded: “With the growing number of customer touch points, and open industry events like Cityscape Abu Dhabi, we hope to meet all our customers’ needs and provide the information they look for in every format.” Cityscape Abu Dhabi is a four day exhibition and conference facilitating dialogue between partners and peers, and the opportunity to develop best practice. The event takes place at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre.
