Inaugural Future Build Middle East Exhibition To Feature New Products, Concepts And Practices In Sustainability During Arabian Construction Week 2010

Event to Offer Dynamic New Platform for Innovation and Development in Build Environment

Organizers of the Arabian Construction Week (ACW), the region’s international construction exhibition, today announced the inaugural Future Build Middle East exhibition, the first dedicated single-sourcing platform for the latest technology and innovative construction projects, will feature new products, concepts and practices in sustainability.

To be held from 24-26 May at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC), ACW 2010 will incorporate three dedicated vertical trade exhibitions on sustainability, innovation and infrastructure, as well as two regional summits. The exhibitions – Future-Build Middle East, Green Building Middle East, and Civil Engineering Middle East – will cover over 8,000 sq metre area at the event.

Focusing on world-changing technologies and product debuts in the building and construction sectors, Future Build Middle East will bring together leading architects, construction companies, contractors, developers, interior designers, facilities management professionals, surveyors and clients interested in the design and fit-out of construction projects.

Future Build Middle East is designed to serve as a platform for suppliers to showcase the latest technology and solutions that will be sourced for the internal and external building envelope by existing and future projects being created within the Middle East, North Africa and Asia. The expanding opportunities are expected to translate into a vast array of multi-billion dollar development projects, new cities, malls, hotels, business complexes, schools and hospitals.

Organised by MECOM Forums/Clarion Events in partnership with MEED, Arabian Construction Week (ACW) will act as a pre-tender sourcing platform for the region’s existing and potential construction and infrastructure projects. It will also aim to work towards a better-built environment for the cities of today and the future.
