Al-Baddad International Expands Activities In Equipping Liwa Date Festival Halls











Al-Baddad International announced today its cooperation with the Abu Dhabi Authority for Culture and Heritage (ADACH) to participate in the preparations of “Liwa Date Festival”, which will be held in Abu Dhabi in the presence of prominent local and international figures.

Al-Baddad International is a leading provider for mobile halls solutions and pre-fabricated buildings in the UAE and in the region, making it the best choice for implementing major projects and folklore, sports and cultural events.

Under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, The Abu Dhabi Authority for Culture and Heritage (ADACH) is organizing the Liwa festival, in the western region of the Abu Dhabi emirate, starting on the 17th of July till 26th of July. The Festival will include traditional events and activities, which mirror the rich heritage of Arab Gulf countries, in addition to a the major “Dates” contest, which focuses on promoting the UAE date brands to conquer more distinction and competitiveness both regionally and internationally.

To ensure delivery of the best equipment that echo the importance of this event, Al-Baddad International built and equipped 14 pyramidal and domed halls, ranging from 10 meters up to 80 meters. All characterized by traditional Arab features to suite the nature of the Festival. Moreover, Al-Baddad team made sure that all the products comply with the highest international safety and security standards to ensure safety for all the participants. It is worth mentioning that all the halls are made of best quality PVC plastic, which can withstand severe desert winds and harsh weather conditions.Mr. Zayed Al-Baddad, Chairman and CEO of Al-Baddad International said: “It is an honor to see the name of Al-Baddad International become synonymous with the most important national and traditional events in the UAE.”
