Etisalat Launches ’Mobile Portal’ And ’SMS Alerts’ For Al Ain And Al Wasl

First-of-its-kind service for Sports Clubs in the Middle East

Etisalat launched today the new Etisalat mobile portal and SMS alerts for Al Ain club and Al Wasl club, in order to provide fans with complete information about the clubs and to keep them constantly connected with their favorite teams.

Available in Arabic, the service for both clubs also provides fans with the clubs’ fixtures, registered players and their profiles, match details, facts and figures and wallpapers for downloading to their mobile phones. The service has a special service video section that will thrill customers with on-demand clips and download options from featured match clips and interviews.

The mobile portal service for both the clubs is available at a cost of AED7 per week and SMS alerts at a cost of AED4 per week.

For smartphone customers, the service usage will be considered as regular Internet surfing, using the customer’s data package subscription. Unlimited Blackberry customers will not be charged data usage for this service.
