Emirates Post Postcards On Date Fruit Tradition Attract Attention At The Fourth International Date Palm Festival

Visitors to the Fourth International Date Palm Festival can be the first to purchase the special edition of Emirates Post postcards on exquisite variety of date fruits. Priced at AED 15, the postcards are available at Emirates Post’s Booth no C22 at the festival taking place at Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Centre till November 27th.

“The postcard images capture the beauty and variety of date fruits which are an integral part of the Arabic tradition and heritage, “said Qaboos Khalid, director of the festival, Turret Media.

The festival, currently taking place in Hall No: 11 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Centre, has attracted a record number of visitors with adults and children enjoying the various attractions of the festival. The show boasts an excellent line- up of international exhibitors, exotic varieties of date fruits, entertainment, and competitions for children.

The event is held under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister of the UAE, Minister of Presidential Affairs and the Chairman of Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority. The six-day event which kick started on Monday and runs till November 27th is organized by Turret Media and supported by United Arab Emirates University, Khalifa International Date Palm Award, Date Palm Friends Society and Date Palm Global Network with the Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority as the strategic partner.
