TAQA Appoints Ken Boyle As Group Vice President Of Human Resources |

Abu Dhabi National Energy Company PJSC (“TAQA”), a publicly listed company on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX: TAQA), today announced that it has appointed Ken Boyle as Group Vice President (GVP) of Human Resources. Ken will be assuming the GVP role for TAQA’s worldwide Human Resources activities including strategy development, recruitment, talent management, compensation & benefits, and the integration and alignment of Human Resource processes. He will be based in TAQA’s corporate headquarters in Abu Dhabi, UAE, reporting to Carl Sheldon, General Manager. Previously, Ken worked for BP as Vice President of Human Resources for the Middle East and Pakistan and Vice President of Human Resources for the North Sea and Norway. Ken’s appointment at BP followed 13 years at Rolls Royce in various Human Resource roles. Ken is a Companion of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. H.E. Abdulla Saif Al Nuaimi, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of TAQA, said: "The appointment of Ken is a significant one and we are very pleased to appoint someone of his experience to TAQA.
