As part of its strategy to establish partnerships with government entities in the UAE, Emirates Telecommunications Corporation – Etisalat, the leading telecom provider in the UAE, today announced signing a Memorandum of Understanding with Bee’ah, the Middle East’s leading and award-winning fully integrated environment and waste management company.
The agreement aims to establish a strategic partnership between the two organizations by enhancing Bee’ah’s operations through Etisalat’s best-in-class technological services and solutions. The partnership is in line with Etisalat’s ongoing commitment to environmental and CSR activities.
Under the terms of the MOU, Etisalat will assess Bee’ah’s current and anticipated requirements and set a comprehensive plan for Bee’ah’s technology infrastructure, including information technology, telecommunications and smart solutions. Additionally, a joint work team will be formed to ensure the effective and timely implementation of this agreement.
Commenting on the MOU, Mr. Abdulaziz Taryam – General Manager of Etisalat, Northern Emirates said: “This agreement is part of Etisalat’s strategy that aims to provide all organizations operating in the UAE access to state-of-the-art technological solutions. Etisalat is committed to harnessing its information technology and telecommunications experience and capabilities to develop a modern and reliable technological infrastructure for Bee’ah.
