Accepting the ISO certificate at the ceremony, His Excellency Ali Al Mutawa commended the efforts of all departments to ensure the provision of vital services to customers with the least disruption. He said: "The joint efforts of AMAF employees reflect their team spirit and keenness to ensure the seamless continuity of our services. AMAF's efforts have contributed to achieving a high quality of life for its minors and segments under its care, in line with the Fifty-Year Charter announced by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai." Al Mutawa pledged to maintain AMAF's leading role in the care of minors and orphans, while developing the culture of endowment, expanding its use and enhancing innovation, and facilitating contributions to the endowment fund. As part of its mandate to ensure the efficient delivery of services at the Foundation, the Business Continuity Management Team at LRQA set five clear objectives for the department, including sustained responsiveness and effective management during crises, establishing a culture of security, safety and business continuity, maintaining customer confidence, compliance with laws, and implementing the fourth generation government excellence system. Based on these objectives, the team has developed the Business Continuity Management Program to include six key components: the general strategy, responsiveness and continuity plans, awareness and training, testing and exercises, impact analysis and risk assessment. |
