Congress In Sharjah To Discuss Marketing And Branding Best Practices


Effective marketing during difficult times to be shared by Hamriyah Free Zone Authority










Hamriyah Free Zone Authority- and Sharjah-based companies will share with government decision-makers, business leaders and senior managers their marketing strategies on Tuesday, October 6, at the Marketing and Branding Congress organized by the Alleem Knowledge Center (AKC) at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Sharjah.

Hadi Kassem, Marketing Director of Hamriyah Free Zone Authority, will lead the pool of speakers which includes Dr. Mahmood Khan, CEO and President of ICT International, who is an adjunct faculty at eTQM College in Dubai teaching "TQM Sustainability" and "Quality Policy Deployment.

Kassem has a degree in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut and travels extensively to Asia and around the world promoting the Free Zone and attracting foreign direct investments into the emirate of Sharjah.

“Writing a marketing plan is similar to putting together a complicated puzzle. Each piece contains valuable information that makes sense only when you see the finished product,” said Dr. Rashid Alleem, founder and chairman of AKC.

Dr. Alleem is one of the leading UAE nationals who is an expert in the development of human potential and personal effectiveness. He is known as a “Change Leader” who possesses an MBA from the Atlantic University in the United States and has received three honorary doctorates.

Concurrently, he is the Director General of the Hamriyah Free Zone Authority and Sharjah Department of Seaports and Customs.

The event will be the fourth and last series of congresses lined up by AKC this year.
