ZHO, EIF Sign MoU To Train, Employ People Of Determination |

Zayed Higher Organisation for People of Determination (ZHO) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Emirates Institute of Finance (EIF) Studies regarding the training and employment of people of determination. This will be achieved through job fairs organised by the institute for citizens in general, as well as special job fairs for people of determination. Additionally, they agreed to implement other initiatives and activities, which will be announced later. These initiatives support the strategic priority of the organisation to professionally empower these groups and support them in job stability. The memorandum was signed by Abdullah Al Humaidan, Secretary-General of the Zayed Higher Organisation for People of Determination, and Noura Alblooshi, General Manager of EIFThe signing ceremony, which took place on the sidelines of the Ithra’a Job Fair, was attended by several leaders from both the organisation and the institute. Al Humaidan welcomed the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding with the leading institute in providing training and supporting efforts to achieve the goals of the Emiratisation agenda. He highlighted the institute's work in preparing the next generation of financial services specialists at a global level by building capacities, setting standards, and promoting innovation in this sector. This cooperation between the organisation and the institute aims to strengthen collaboration with various sectors, whether governmental or private, to provide high-quality educational opportunities and job prospects for people of determination. Alblooshi stated, "Believing in the importance of realising the vision of our wise leadership and the approach of the United Arab Emirates in promoting inclusivity and diversity in the banking and financial sector, and keen on aligning the practices and activities of the Emirates Institute for Banking and Financial Studies with the UAE's national strategy for empowering people of determination, which aims to ensure they receive equal opportunities in all areas of life, we are proud to sign this agreement with Zayed Higher Organisation for People of Determination.
