New Ticket Type Allows Families To Buy Tickets Early To Avoid Queuing During The Holiday Seasons
Al Ain Zoo announced a new ticket type that gives visitors a priority over the masses during Eid holidays, National Day and other peak days of the year. Starting today, tickets can now be purchased at any time at the zoo’s ticket windows and are valid for entrance into the zoo until December 31, 2011. This will help visitors avoid waiting in long lines especially during peak days such as Eid holidays.
The new ticket provides families, especially those with young children, the opportunity to buy their tickets in advance and choose any day until end of the year to enter the zoo without making a stop at the ticket window.
Commenting on the new offer, Fatima Al Zaabi from the zoo’s Park Operations department said:
“We are very excited about this new type of ticket as it is a great way to ensure families can enjoy every moment of their trip to the zoo! Less time waiting in lines means that families can truly make the most of their trip and have more time to experience the zoo, engage with animals and take part in events.”
Tickets can be purchased in person from the main entrance of the zoo during regular operating hours, and are priced at AED 15 for adults and AED 5 for children (age 3-12).
In the summer months, Al Ain Zoo is open daily from 4pm to 10pm, and during the month of Ramadan from 6pm to 12 midnight. Opening hours on all Eid holidays and National Day will be from 10am to 10pm.
